Assisted stretching is a table-based technique where one person guides another person through a stretch or series of stretches to increase mobility and flexibility of a muscle or group of muscles. It is also known to improve muscle, joint, and nerve function.

90 min version of our most popular session with our clients.  We focus on acute or chronic pain patterns of our clients; our techniques target those areas to give you the maximum relief.  We use joint mobilizations, PNF, and MET to help you increase range of motion and reduce crepitus (that grating sound) within the joint and muscle capsules.  The modality procedures are designed to deal with trigger and tender points within the soft tissue.

Extended - Integrative Massage - Deep Tissue

We heat the salt stones and massage your muscles and watch the stress melt away! The Himalayan Salt stones assist the body in the detoxifying process. The stones will also help to gentle exfoliate the skin and bring a smooth silky skin tone. Using the stones bring that deep relaxation to your body.

Cupping method is used to help loosen muscles, encouraging blood flow, helps to sedate the nervous system. Cupping is used to relieve back neck and shoulder pain. It addresses many disorders and can help with anxiety. We combine cupping within our regular massage practices.

Integrative Massage - Deep Tissue

Begin with an herb and salt infused foot soak finishing with an aromatherapy foot scrub to soften feet and remove dried skin.  This is followed with Zone Therapy treatment that massages and promotes lymphatic drainage.   This reduces edema (excess fluid) and pain that is referring to other parts of the body.  Simply Delicious!

Reflexology

This is a unique massage treatment using bamboo sticks to perform myofascia release throughout the body.  Light traction is used during the massage.  This deep tissue work energizes you and brings forth healing properties internally and adds flexibility and strength to your body.

Bamboo Fusion

This massage is designed for the active competitor or the weekend warrior.  We provide pre-and post-event as well as recovery massage.  Pre-event treatment has proven to improve athletic performance, reduce the risk for injury as well as speed up recovery for the athlete.  For those who over-extend themselves, this massage provides relief for tight muscles.

Sports Massage

We use a Lab blend professional CBD lotion that contains lidocaine, arnica and menthol to help with pain management. This lotion instantly absorbs into the skin for instant relief. Our lotion is non-THC and non- Psychoactive. We use on the areas of the body that you specifically have
need to reduce pain.

Chair Massage

Your therapist will direct their attention to the areas you are having pain or discomfort. Your therapist will work directly as well as referred areas of pain to help stabilize and help bring the body back to balance. This treatment is 30 minutes long and will help you maintain your health and well being.
